It is no secret that good and motivated junior staff is becoming increasingly difficult to find in the hotel industry. That's why we at TORTUE HAMBURG do everything we can to provide our trainees not only with the best training, but also with their own projects and perspectives.
In 2023, we were voted "Exzellenter Ausbildungsbetrieb des Jahres" by the German Hotel Directors' Association (HDV) and therefore are named best hotel training company in Germany. This award shows that we attach great importance to a high-quality training with future potential.
