Bouillabaisse
Bouillabaisse, a traditional French fish soup, is an absolute classic of French cuisine. Once a simple dish of the fishermen's people, it has become an internationally popular delicacy beyond France's borders and is not missing from any menu of any French restaurant today.
At our chez l'ami soirée on the theme of 'Bouillabaisse' you will dine like God in France. While we are serving you the French fish soup, chef Bartek Wydrzynski will take you back to Marseille, where the bouillabaisse originated. You will learn about the history of today's traditional dish and how you can conjure up the perfect bouillabaisse yourself at home. Your enjoyment will be accompanied by matching wines from the South of France, presented by restaurant manager Martin Schmiedeberg. Coffee and dessert, like a memory of Paris, round off the menu in French style.
