At the chez l'ami soirée on the topic of 'crayfish', chef Bartek Wydrzynski dives into the culinary world of the sea with you. While experiencing three different types of crayfish in a 3-course menu, you will gain essential knowledge about the origin and professional preparation of the hard-shell animals.
