You are a true sushi lover and have always wanted to learn how to make nigiri, hosomaki and uramaki yourself? In the TORTUE sushi course our JIN GUI Sous Chef Anthony Pinlac Bautista will introduce you to the fine art of sushi rolling! In addition to the basic sushi and sashimi rules, you will learn the most important hand movements in handling nori sheets and rice grains. By the end of the 2.5-hour course, you'll have got the hang of it and be a connoisseur of Asian sushi culture.
3 hours incl. sake as an aperitif, wine, non-alcoholic drinks, recipe folder to take home.
